杜克大学神学院，位于北卡罗莱纳州德汉姆，是联合卫理公会支持成立的13所神学院之一。它拥有39名全职教员、18名兼职教员和超过500名的全日制学生。杜克大学神学院正式成立于1926年，是杜克大学的第一个研究生院，学校于1924年以大型捐赠者烟草巨头詹姆斯·伯·杜克而命名为杜克大学。杜克大学神学院最初于1859年作为圣三一学院成立，主要为卫理公会传教士提供免费培训以换取他们对于教会的支持。虽然学校附属于联合卫理公会，当仍保持着现实的世界观，而且这里的教师和学生都从属于不同的教派。杜克大学神学院目前进行了装修和扩充，2005年开放的休·威斯布鲁克建筑占地53000平方英尺。共设315个座位，高55英尺，内有高天花板，办公场所，书店，咖啡厅，室外庭院和177个座位的。
