26:1___Now_there_was_a_famine_in_the_land--besides_the_earlier_famine_of_Abraham＇s_time--and_Isaac_went_to_Abimelech_king_of_the_Philistines_in_Gerar。
尼革夫又开始闹饥荒了——以前亚伯拉罕在南迁时，此地也闹过饥荒。
以撒因此迁徙到基拉耳。
基拉耳是非利士人之王亚比米勒管治的区域。
26:2___The_LORD_appeared_to_Isaac_and_said，_“Do_not_go_down_to_Egypt;_live_in_the_land_where_I_tell_you_to_live。
耶和华对以撒显现，说：“你不可南下埃及，你要生活在我指引的地方。”
26:3___Stay_in_this_land_for_a_while，_and_I_will_be_with_you_and_will_bless_you。_For_to_you_and_your_descendants_I_will_give_all_these_lands_and_will_confirm_the_oath_I_swore_to_your_father_Abraham。
“你可寄居在此地，我会看顾你，我会赐福给你。”
“我将会将这片土地赐给你和你的后裔，我与你父亲亚伯拉罕立下的圣约，我必会遵守。”
26:4___I_will_make_your_descendants_as_numerous_as_the_stars_in_the_sky_and_will_give_them_all_these_lands，_and_through_your_offspring_all_nations_on_earth_will_be_blessed，
“我会使你的后裔繁盛无比，数量如同天空上的星星，多不胜数。”
“我会将这里所有的土地，都赐予你们。”
“生活在大地上的人类，将会因你的后裔得到幸福。”
26:5___because_Abraham_obeyed_me_and_kept_my_requirements，_my_commands，_my_decrees_and_my_laws。“
“我如此赐福给你，皆因你的父亲亚伯拉罕，他一直虔诚的事奉于我，严格遵循我的训示、我的诫命、我的律法。”
26:6___So_Isaac_stayed_in_Gerar。
以撒就在基拉耳住了下来。
26:7___When_the_men_of_that_place_asked_him_about_his_wife，_he_said，_“She_is_my_sister，“_because_he_was_afraid_to_say，_“She_is_my_wife。“_He_thought，_“The_men_of_this_place_might_kill_me_on_account_of_Rebekah，_because_she_is_beautiful。“
当地的人惊艳于利百加的美貌，纷纷向以撒询问他与利百加的关系。
以撒对当地人声称，利百加是他的妹妹。
他不敢承认利百加是他妻子，因为他害怕当地人会因此把他杀害，强占利百加。
26:8___When_Isaac_had_been_there_a_long_time，_Abimelech_king_of_the_Philistines_looked_down_from_a_window_and_saw_Isaac_caressing_his_wife_Rebekah。
以撒在基拉耳居住了很长的时间。
一天，非利士人之王亚比米勒在窗前，居高临下的观望，正好看到以撒和妻子利百加亲热。
26:9___So_Abimelech_summoned_Isaac_and_said，_“She_is_really_your_wife!_Why_did_you_say，_＇She_is_my_sister＇?“_Isaac_answered_him，_“Because_I_thought_I_might_lose_my_life_on_account_of_her。“
亚比米勒召见以撒，说：“她明明是你的妻子，你为何要对人说她是你的妹妹？”
以撒回答：“我是害怕有人为了强占她，将我杀害。”
26:10__Then_Abimelech_said，_“What_is_this_you_have_done_to_us?_One_of_the_men_might_well_have_slept_with_your_wife，_and_you_would_have_brought_guilt_upon_us。“
亚比米勒说：“你这是在愚弄我们。”
“若是我的民众当中，有人轻信了你的话，污辱了你的妻子，那就是将我的整个国家，陷入夺人妻子的重大罪孽当中。”
26:11__So_Abimelech_gave_orders_to_all_the_people:_“Anyone_who_molests_this_man_or_his_wife_shall_surely_be_put_to_death。“
于是，亚比米勒通令全国民众：“如果有人侵犯以撒或他妻子，一定会被处死。”
26:12__Isaac_planted_crops_in_that_land_and_the_same_year_reaped_a_hundredfold，_because_the_LORD_blessed_him。
以撒得到耶和华的赐福，他在基拉耳耕作的土地，获得了一百倍的收成。
26:13__The_man_became_rich，_and_his_wealth_continued_to_grow_until_he_became_very_wealthy。
以撒因此获得了大量钱财，渐渐变得富裕无比。
26:14__He_had_so_many_flocks_and_herds_and_servants_that_the_Philistines_envied_him。
以撒拥有了非常多的羊群、牛群和仆人，引起了当地的非利士人的嫉恨。
26:15__So_all_the_wells_that_his_father＇s_servants_had_dug_in_the_time_of_his_father_Abraham，_the_Philistines_stopped_up，_filling_them_with_earth。
他们把以撒的父亲亚伯拉罕当年所挖的水井，全都用泥土填塞了。
26:16__Then_Abimelech_said_to_Isaac，_“Move_away_from_us;_you_have_become_too_powerful_for_us。“
亚比米勒对以撒说：“你离开此地吧，你已经变得比我们还要富强了。”
26:17__So_Isaac_moved_away_from_there_and_encamped_in_the_Valley_of_Gerar_and_settled_there。
以撒就离开基拉耳，去到基拉耳山谷中扎下了营地。
26:18__Isaac_reopened_the_wells_that_had_been_dug_in_the_time_of_his_father_Abraham，_which_the_Philistines_had_stopped_up_after_Abraham_died，_and_he_gave_them_the_same_names_his_father_had_given_them。
以撒把父亲生前开挖、死后被当地非利士人填塞的那些水井，重新挖开了，并沿用他父亲亚伯拉罕当年所起的名字。
26:19__Isaac＇s_servants_dug_in_the_valley_and_discovered_a_well_of_fresh_water_there。
以撒的仆人在基拉耳山谷中挖了一口甜水井。
26:20__But_the_herdsmen_of_Gerar_quarreled_with_Isaac＇s_herdsmen_and_said，_“The_water_is_ours!“_So_he_named_the_well_Esek，_because_they_disputed_with_him。
基拉耳的牧人和以撒牧人为此起了纷争，都说这口水井是属于自己的。
以撒把这口水井取名为“埃色”（希伯来语：相争），因为他们为这口井起了纷争。
26:21__Then_they_dug_another_well，_but_they_quarreled_over_that_one_also;_so_he_named_it_Sitnah。
后来，以撒的仆人又挖了另外一口水井，然而，那些基拉耳的牧人又来争夺这口水井。
以撒把这口水井取名为“西提拿”（希伯来语：仇恨）。
26:22__He_moved_on_from_there_and_dug_another_well，_and_no_one_quarreled_over_it。_He_named_it_Rehoboth，_saying，_“Now_the_LORD_has_given_us_room_and_we_will_flourish_in_the_land。“
以撒离开基拉耳山谷，迁移到其他地方，这一次开挖的水井，就没有人来争夺了。
以撒将这口水井取名为“利河伯”（希伯来语：自由），他说：“这是耶和华赐予我们居住的土地，我们将从这里走向繁盛。”
26:23__From_there_he_went_up_to_Beersheba。
以撒继续向北迁移，来到了别是巴。
26:24__That_night_the_LORD_appeared_to_him_and_said，_“I_am_the_God_of_your_father_Abraham。_Do_not_be_afraid，_for_I_am_with_you;_I_will_bless_you_and_will_increase_the_number_of_your_descendants_for_the_sake_of_my_servant_Abraham。“
一天夜里，耶和华对以撒显现，说：“我乃是你父亲亚伯拉罕事奉的上帝。”
“你不必忧虑，我会看顾你，我会赐福给你，你的后裔将会繁盛无比，这乃是我与仆人亚伯拉罕所立下的圣约。”
26:25__Isaac_built_an_altar_there_and_called_on_the_name_of_the_LORD。_There_he_pitched_his_tent，_and_there_his_servants_dug_a_well。
以撒在耶和华显现的地方，修筑了一个祭坛，又在那里向耶和华祈祷。
以撒扎下营地后，让仆人去开挖水井。
26:26__Meanwhile，_Abimelech_had_come_to_him_from_Gerar，_with_Ahuzzath_his_personal_adviser_and_Phicol_the_commander_of_his_forces。
亚比米勒带着参谋亚户撒、军事长官非各，从基拉耳来见以撒。
26:27__Isaac_asked_them，_“Why_have_you_come_to_me，_since_you_were_hostile_to_me_and_sent_me_away?“
以撒说：“你们把我赶出基拉耳，如今又为何来找我？”
26:28__They_answered，_“We_saw_clearly_that_the_LORD_was_with_you;_so_we_said，_＇There_ought_to_be_a_sworn_agreement_between_us＇--between_us_and_you。_Let_us_make_a_treaty_with_you
他们说：“我们知道，你是得到耶和华庇护的人。因此，我们希望能够跟你立誓结盟。”
26:29__that_you_will_do_us_no_harm，_just_as_we_did_not_molest_you_but_always_treated_you_well_and_sent_you_away_in_peace。_And_now_you_are_blessed_by_the_LORD。“
“你蒙受耶和华赐福，我们希望你能立下不侵害我们的誓约，正如我们绝不侵害于你一样。”
“我们一直善待于你，即使当初驱逐你离开，我们也是任由你带着那挣来的货财安然离去，没有丝毫侵害于你。”
26:30__Isaac_then_made_a_feast_for_them，_and_they_ate_and_drank。
以撒就安排下盛宴，招待他们吃喝。
26:31__Early_the_next_morning_the_men_swore_an_oath_to_each_other。_Then_Isaac_sent_them_on_their_way，_and_they_left_him_in_peace。
第二天早上，双方立过誓约，以撒就送他们安然离开。
26:32__That_day_Isaac＇s_servants_came_and_told_him_about_the_well_they_had_dug。_They_said，_“We＇ve_found_water!“
同一天，以撒的仆人来报，他们已经挖好了一口水井。
26:33__He_called_it_Shibah，_and_to_this_day_the_name_of_the_town_has_been_Beersheba。
以撒把这口水井取名为“示巴”（示巴：誓约）。
后来在此地修筑的城，被命名为别是巴，这个名字沿用至今日。
26:34__When_Esau_was_forty_years_old，_he_married_Judith_daughter_of_Beeri_the_Hittite，_and_also_Basemath_daughter_of_Elon_the_Hittite。
以扫在四十岁时，娶了两个迦南妻子。
一个名叫犹滴，是赫人比利的女儿；另一个名叫巴实抹，是赫人以伦的女儿。
26:35__They_were_a_source_of_grief_to_Isaac_and_Rebekah。
以撒和利百加不喜欢这两个儿媳。
