27:1___When_Isaac_was_old_and_his_eyes_were_so_weak_that_he_could_no_longer_see，_he_called_for_Esau_his_older_son_and_said_to_him，_“My_son。“_“Here_I_am，“_he_answered。
以撒日渐老迈，眼睛也失明了。一天，他叫来大儿子以扫：“我的儿子。”
以扫回答：“父亲，我在这里。”
27:2___Isaac_said，_“I_am_now_an_old_man_and_don＇t_know_the_day_of_my_death。
以撒说：“我如今衰老不堪，不知还能活多久。”
27:3___Now_then，_get_your_weapons--your_quiver_and_bow--and_go_out_to_the_open_country_to_hunt_some_wild_game_for_me。
“你现在拿起你的弓和箭，去野外为我猎一些野味归来。”
27:4___Prepare_me_the_kind_of_tasty_food_I_like_and_bring_it_to_me_to_eat，_so_that_I_may_give_you_my_blessing_before_I_die。“
“你将那野味，按我喜欢的口味，烹煮成美食，带来给我吃。”
“我吃过那野味，就为你举行祝福。”
27:5___Now_Rebekah_was_listening_as_Isaac_spoke_to_his_son_Esau。_When_Esau_left_for_the_open_country_to_hunt_game_and_bring_it_back，
以扫去了野外狩猎。
然而，他们的对话被利百加听到了。
27:6___Rebekah_said_to_her_son_Jacob，_“Look，_I_overheard_your_father_say_to_your_brother_Esau，
利百加叫来小儿子雅各，说：“你听着，我偷听到你父亲对你哥哥说，”
27:7___＇Bring_me_some_game_and_prepare_me_some_tasty_food_to_eat，_so_that_I_may_give_you_my_blessing_in_the_presence_of_the_LORD_before_I_die。＇
“‘你去猎一些野味回来，烹煮成我喜欢的美食，我吃过那野味，就在耶和华面前为你举行祝福。’”
27:8___Now，_my_son，_listen_carefully_and_do_what_I_tell_you:
“我的儿子，你现在要仔细听着，按我说的去做。”
27:9___Go_out_to_the_flock_and_bring_me_two_choice_young_goats，_so_I_can_prepare_some_tasty_food_for_your_father，_just_the_way_he_likes_it。
“你去羊群里，选出两只上好的小山羊，我会按照你父亲的口味，烹煮成他喜欢的美食。”
27:10__Then_take_it_to_your_father_to_eat，_so_that_he_may_give_you_his_blessing_before_he_dies。“
“然后，你带那美食去给你父亲吃，他吃过后，就会为你举行祝福。”
27:11__Jacob_said_to_Rebekah_his_mother，_“But_my_brother_Esau_is_a_hairy_man，_and_I＇m_a_man_with_smooth_skin。
雅各说：“我的哥哥以扫浑身都是毛，但是我身上却是光溜溜的。”
27:12__What_if_my_father_touches_me?_I_would_appear_to_be_tricking_him_and_would_bring_down_a_curse_on_myself_rather_than_a_blessing。“
“父亲倘若触摸到我，就知道我是在欺骗他，到时我不但得不到祝福，恐怕还会招来咒诅。”
27:13__His_mother_said_to_him，_“My_son，_let_the_curse_fall_on_me。_Just_do_what_I_say;_go_and_get_them_for_me。“
利百加说：“我的儿子，你若是招来诅咒，就让它落在我身上好了。现在按我说的，快去取那小山羊回来。”
27:14__So_he_went_and_got_them_and_brought_them_to_his_mother，_and_she_prepared_some_tasty_food，_just_the_way_his_father_liked_it。
雅各于是去挑选了两只小山羊，交给利百加。
利百加按照以撒的口味，烹煮成他喜欢的美食。
27:15__Then_Rebekah_took_the_best_clothes_of_Esau_her_older_son，_which_she_had_in_the_house，_and_put_them_on_her_younger_son_Jacob。
利百加找来以扫最好的衣服，让雅各穿在身上。
27:16__She_also_covered_his_hands_and_the_smooth_part_of_his_neck_with_the_goatskins。
利百加又用小山羊皮包裹住雅各双手、和露出在衣服外的颈部。
27:17__Then_she_handed_to_her_son_Jacob_the_tasty_food_and_the_bread_she_had_made。
安排好一切后，利百加把烹煮好的美食和饼交给了雅各。
27:18__He_went_to_his_father_and_said，_“My_father。“_“Yes，_my_son，“_he_answered。_“Who_is_it?“
雅各去到父亲以撒的住处，说：“我来了，父亲。”
以撒问道：“你是哪一个？以扫还是雅各？”
27:19__Jacob_said_to_his_father，_“I_am_Esau_your_firstborn。_I_have_done_as_you_told_me。_Please_sit_up_and_eat_some_of_my_game_so_that_you_may_give_me_your_blessing。“
雅各说：“我是你的长子以扫，我按照你的吩咐，带来了野味烹煮成的美食，你坐起来吃上一些，好有力气为我举行祝福。”
27:20__Isaac_asked_his_son，_“How_did_you_find_it_so_quickly，_my_son?“_“The_LORD_your_God_gave_me_success，“_he_replied。
以撒说：“我的儿子，你狩猎为何会这么快？”
雅各说：“这是你事奉的耶和华上帝，让我碰到了好机会。”
27:21__Then_Isaac_said_to_Jacob，_“Come_near_so_I_can_touch_you，_my_son，_to_know_whether_you_really_are_my_son_Esau_or_not。“
以撒就说：“我的儿子，你靠近一些，让我抚摸一下，看你是否真的是我儿子以扫。”
27:22__Jacob_went_close_to_his_father_Isaac，_who_touched_him_and_said，_“The_voice_is_the_voice_of_Jacob，_but_the_hands_are_the_hands_of_Esau。“
雅各走到近前，以撒抚摸着他，说：“声音虽然像雅各，但是这双手的确是以扫的手。”
27:23__He_did_not_recognize_him，_for_his_hands_were_hairy_like_those_of_his_brother_Esau;_so_he_blessed_him。
以撒分辨不出面前的是谁，因为雅各的手上包裹着毛茸茸的山羊皮，触摸起来跟他哥哥以扫长满毛的手是一样的。
以撒就准备为他祝福。
27:24__“Are_you_really_my_son_Esau?“_he_asked。_“I_am，“_he_replied。
以撒再问道：“你真的是我的儿子以扫？”
雅各说：“我真的是以扫。”
27:25__Then_he_said，_“My_son，_bring_me_some_of_your_game_to_eat，_so_that_I_may_give_you_my_blessing。“_Jacob_brought_it_to_him_and_he_ate;_and_he_brought_some_wine_and_he_drank。
以撒说：“我的儿子，你把那野味烹煮的美食给我，我吃过后，就为你举行祝福。”
雅各将美食、饼还有葡萄酒放置好，以撒吃饱喝足了。
27:26__Then_his_father_Isaac_said_to_him，_“Come_here，_my_son，_and_kiss_me。“
以撒说：“过来我身边，我的儿子，你要亲吻我。”
27:27__So_he_went_to_him_and_kissed_him。_When_Isaac_caught_the_smell_of_his_clothes，_he_blessed_him_and_said，_“Ah，_the_smell_of_my_son_is_like_the_smell_of_a_field_that_the_LORD_has_blessed。
雅各走过去，亲吻了父亲。
以撒闻到那以扫的衣服上散发的气味，就放下心来，赐福他说：“哎，我儿子身上的气味，跟蒙受耶和华赐福的田地，气味是一样的。”
27:28__May_God_give_you_of_heaven＇s_dew_and_of_earth＇s_richness--an_abundance_of_grain_and_new_wine。
“我愿上帝赐予你天上的甘露，我愿上帝赐予你肥沃的土地。你种植的粮食将会丰收，你会酿得甘甜的美酒。”
27:29__May_nations_serve_you_and_peoples_bow_down_to_you。_Be_lord_over_your_brothers，_and_may_the_sons_of_your_mother_bow_down_to_you。_May_those_who_curse_you_be_cursed_and_those_who_bless_you_be_blessed。“
“我愿居住在大地上的人类都臣服在你脚下，所有的人都要向你跪拜。”
“我愿你成为家族之主，你的兄弟都要向你跪拜。”
“我愿诅咒你的人，必将反受诅咒，祝福你的人，必将受到祝福。”
27:30__After_Isaac_finished_blessing_him_and_Jacob_had_scarcely_left_his_father＇s_presence，_his_brother_Esau_came_in_from_hunting。
以撒祝福完毕，雅各就离开了。
这时，以扫刚从野外狩猎归来。
27:31__He_too_prepared_some_tasty_food_and_brought_it_to_his_father。_Then_he_said_to_him，_“My_father，_sit_up_and_eat_some_of_my_game，_so_that_you_may_give_me_your_blessing。“
以扫把野味烹煮成美食，来到父亲的住处。
以扫说：“父亲，你坐起来吃一些我猎回来的野味，然后为我举行祝福吧。”
27:32__His_father_Isaac_asked_him，_“Who_are_you?“_“I_am_your_son，“_he_answered，_“your_firstborn，_Esau。“
以撒问道：“你是谁？”
以扫说：“我是你的长子以扫啊。”
27:33__Isaac_trembled_violently_and_said，_“Who_was_it，_then，_that_hunted_game_and_brought_it_to_me?_I_ate_it_just_before_you_came_and_I_blessed_him--and_indeed_he_will_be_blessed!“
以撒全身颤抖，说：“那么，刚才带着野味来给我吃、并接受了我祝福的人是谁？我已经把祝福全都给了他！”
27:34__When_Esau_heard_his_father＇s_words，_he_burst_out_with_a_loud_and_bitter_cry_and_said_to_his_father，_“Bless_me--me_too，_my_father!“
以扫听了父亲的话，就痛哭起来，说：“父亲，求你对我祝福，我也需要祝福啊！”
27:35__But_he_said，_“Your_brother_came_deceitfully_and_took_your_blessing。“
以撒说：“没有了，你的兄弟已经骗去了你的祝福。”
27:36__Esau_said，_“Isn＇t_he_rightly_named_Jacob?_He_has_deceived_me_these_two_times:_He_took_my_birthright，_and_now_he＇s_taken_my_blessing!“_Then_he_asked，_“Haven＇t_you_reserved_any_blessing_for_me?“
以扫说：“他的名字不愧是叫雅各（与希伯来语“欺骗”的发音相近）。他已经欺骗了我两次，第一次骗去了我的长子名份，现在又骗去了我的祝福。”
以扫又说：“父亲，你真的一点祝福都没有剩下吗？”
27:37__Isaac_answered_Esau，_“I_have_made_him_lord_over_you_and_have_made_all_his_relatives_his_servants，_and_I_have_sustained_him_with_grain_and_new_wine。_So_what_can_I_possibly_do_for_you，_my_son?“
以撒说：“我已经祝福他为你的主人，祝福他成为家族之主，祝福他种植的粮食将会丰收，祝福他酿得甘甜的美酒。我的儿子，你说我还能剩下什么祝福呢？”
27:38__Esau_said_to_his_father，_“Do_you_have_only_one_blessing，_my_father?_Bless_me_too，_my_father!“_Then_Esau_wept_aloud。
以扫又放声大哭，说：“父亲，你难道只能祝福一次吗？我也需要祝福啊！”
27:39__His_father_Isaac_answered_him，_“Your_dwelling_will_be_away_from_the_earth＇s_richness，_away_from_the_dew_of_heaven_above。
以撒说：“你日后居住的地方，没有肥沃的土地，也没有足够的雨露。”
27:40__You_will_live_by_the_sword_and_you_will_serve_your_brother。_But_when_you_grow_restless，_you_will_throw_his_yoke_from_off_your_neck。“
“你要依靠刀剑来过活，你还要接受你弟弟的奴役。”
“但是，当你足够强盛时，就可以挣脱加于你颈脖上的枷锁。”
27:41__Esau_held_a_grudge_against_Jacob_because_of_the_blessing_his_father_had_given_him。_He_said_to_himself，_“The_days_of_mourning_for_my_father_are_near;_then_I_will_kill_my_brother_Jacob。“
雅各骗取了父亲的祝福，以扫十分恼恨。
以扫心里想：“父亲已经不久人世了，他死去后，我马上把弟弟雅各杀死。”
27:42__When_Rebekah_was_told_what_her_older_son_Esau_had_said，_she_sent_for_her_younger_son_Jacob_and_said_to_him，_“Your_brother_Esau_is_consoling_himself_with_the_thought_of_killing_you。
利百加知道了大儿子以扫的意图，就把小儿子雅各叫来，说：“你哥哥以扫非常生气，他要杀了你来泄愤。”
27:43__Now_then，_my_son，_do_what_I_say:_Flee_at_once_to_my_brother_Laban_in_Haran。
“我的儿子，你要马上离开这里，到哈兰去，投奔你的舅舅拉班。”
27:44__Stay_with_him_for_a_while_until_your_brother＇s_fury_subsides。
“你在那里居住一段时间，直到你哥哥的怒气平息。”
27:45__When_your_brother_is_no_longer_angry_with_you_and_forgets_what_you_did_to_him，_I＇ll_send_word_for_you_to_come_back_from_there。_Why_should_I_lose_both_of_you_in_one_day?“
“你哥哥不再生气、淡忘了你所做的事情时，我会派人通知你回来的。”
“我不能眼看着你们兄弟二人自相残杀。”
27:46__Then_Rebekah_said_to_Isaac，_“I＇m_disgusted_with_living_because_of_these_Hittite_women。_If_Jacob_takes_a_wife_from_among_the_women_of_this_land，_from_Hittite_women_like_these，_my_life_will_not_be_worth_living。“
利百加去对以撒说：“以扫娶的那两个赫人儿媳，让我烦透了。”
“若是雅各也像他哥哥一样，娶此地的赫人女子为妻，那我往后的人生，就只剩下无穷尽的痛苦了！”
