9:1__Then_God_blessed_Noah_and_his_sons，_saying_to_them，_“Be_fruitful_and_increase_in_number_and_fill_the_earth。
上帝赐福挪亚和他的三个儿子，说：“你们要繁衍出众多的后裔，遍布这大地。”
9:2__The_fear_and_dread_of_you_will_fall_upon_all_the_beasts_of_the_earth_and_all_the_birds_of_the_air，_upon_every_creature_that_moves_along_the_ground，_and_upon_all_the_fish_of_the_sea;_they_are_given_into_your_hands。
“那些地上的走兽爬虫、天空中的禽鸟和海洋里的鱼类，都将归你们掌管。”
“它们会服从你们的管理。”
9:3__Everything_that_lives_and_moves_will_be_food_for_you。_Just_as_I_gave_you_the_green_plants，_I_now_give_you_everything。
“所有的活物，你们都可以吃，一如我赐给你们的菜蔬和谷物。”
9:4__“But_you_must_not_eat_meat_that_has_its_lifeblood_still_in_it。
“然而，你们不能吃活物的血液，因为那是生命的源泉。”
9:5__And_for_your_lifeblood_I_will_surely_demand_an_accounting。_I_will_demand_an_accounting_from_every_animal。_And_from_each_man，_too，_I_will_demand_an_accounting_for_the_life_of_his_fellow_man。
“任何胆敢伤害你们，使你们流血的，无论动物还是人，我必定要它血债血偿。”
“同样，倘若你们伤害自己的同胞，也必须要血债血偿的。”
9:6__“Whoever_sheds_the_blood_of_man，_by_man_shall_his_blood_be_shed;_for_in_the_image_of_God_has_God_made_man。
“任何使人流血的人，他必会因他人而流血。”
“因为，每一个人都是按照上帝的形象造出来的。”
9:7__As_for_you，_be_fruitful_and_increase_in_number;_multiply_on_the_earth_and_increase_upon_it。“
“你们如今需要做的，是繁衍出众多的后裔，遍布这大地。”
9:8__Then_God_said_to_Noah_and_to_his_sons_with_him:
上帝又对挪亚和他三个儿子说：
9:9__“I_now_establish_my_covenant_with_you_and_with_your_descendants_after_you
“我现在要和你们，以及你们的子孙后裔，立下圣约。”
9:10__and_with_every_living_creature_that_was_with_you--the_birds，_the_livestock_and_all_the_wild_animals，_all_those_that_came_out_of_the_ark_with_you--every_living_creature_on_earth。
“我也要和从方舟出来的禽鸟、牲畜、走兽等所有活物，立下圣约。”
9:11__I_establish_my_covenant_with_you:_Never_again_will_all_life_be_cut_off_by_the_waters_of_a_flood;_never_again_will_there_be_a_flood_to_destroy_the_earth。“
“我跟你们立的圣约如下：”
“此后，不会再有毁灭你们的洪水，大地永远不会再被洪水淹没。”
9:12__And_God_said，_“This_is_the_sign_of_the_covenant_I_am_making_between_me_and_you_and_every_living_creature_with_you，_a_covenant_for_all_generations_to_come:
上帝说：“我和你们所立的这个圣约，会永恒存在。”
“我会为此设下一个神记：”
9:13__I_have_set_my_rainbow_in_the_clouds，_and_it_will_be_the_sign_of_the_covenant_between_me_and_the_earth。
“我会将彩虹放置在云端，作为我与地上一切生灵立约的印记。”
9:14__Whenever_I_bring_clouds_over_the_earth_and_the_rainbow_appears_in_the_clouds，
“此后，我若使雨云覆盖大地，彩虹必定会在云端出现。”
9:15__I_will_remember_my_covenant_between_me_and_you_and_all_living_creatures_of_every_kind。_Never_again_will_the_waters_become_a_flood_to_destroy_all_life。
“如此，我便会记起我与地上所有生灵所立的圣约。”
“如此，就永远不会再有毁灭你们的洪水。”
9:16__Whenever_the_rainbow_appears_in_the_clouds，_I_will_see_it_and_remember_the_everlasting_covenant_between_God_and_all_living_creatures_of_every_kind_on_the_earth。“
“无论何时，只要我看到云端的彩虹，我就会记起我和你们立下的圣约。”
“这个圣约是永恒的。”
9:17__So_God_said_to_Noah，_“This_is_the_sign_of_the_covenant_I_have_established_between_me_and_all_life_on_the_earth。“
上帝对挪亚说：“我以彩虹为记，见证我与地上众生立下的圣约。”
9:18__The_sons_of_Noah_who_came_out_of_the_ark_were_Shem，_Ham_and_Japheth。_(Ham_was_the_father_of_Canaan。)
跟随挪亚离开方舟的，有他的三个儿子：闪、含和雅弗。（其中，含是迦南的父亲。）_
9:19__These_were_the_three_sons_of_Noah，_and_from_them_came_the_people_who_were_scattered_over_the_earth。
日后遍布地上的人口，都是挪亚这三个儿子的后代。
9:20__Noah，_a_man_of_the_soil，_proceeded_to_plant_a_vineyard。
挪亚是一个农夫，洪水过后，他种植了一个葡萄园。
9:21__When_he_drank_some_of_its_wine，_he_became_drunk_and_lay_uncovered_inside_his_tent。
一天，他喝醉了葡萄酒，在帐棚里****着身体睡去。
9:22__Ham，_the_father_of_Canaan，_saw_his_father＇s_nakedness_and_told_his_two_brothers_outside。
含（也就是迦南的父亲）看到父亲的裸露的身体，就跑到外面跟他的两个兄弟说了。
9:23__But_Shem_and_Japheth_took_a_garment_and_laid_it_across_their_shoulders;_then_they_walked_in_backward_and_covered_their_father＇s_nakedness。_Their_faces_were_turned_the_other_way_so_that_they_would_not_see_their_father＇s_nakedness。
闪和雅弗取了一件衣裳，搭在肩上，背着身子走进父亲的帐棚，把衣裳盖在父亲身上。
他们的脸一直朝着外面，避免看到父亲裸露的身体。
9:24__When_Noah_awoke_from_his_wine_and_found_out_what_his_youngest_son_had_done_to_him，
挪亚酒醒后，知道了小儿子含的所作所为，
9:25__he_said，_“Cursed_be_Canaan!_The_lowest_of_slaves_will_he_be_to_his_brothers。“
挪亚说：“迦南会因此受到咒诅，他会成为他兄弟最卑贱的奴仆。”
9:26__He_also_said，_“Blessed_be_the_LORD，_the_God_of_Shem!_May_Canaan_be_the_slave_of_Shem。
挪亚又说：“蒙耶和华上帝赐福的闪，愿闪得到上帝的看顾，愿迦南成为闪的奴仆。”
9:27__May_God_extend_the_territory_of_Japheth;_may_Japheth_live_in_the_tents_of_Shem，_and_may_Canaan_be_his_slave。“
“愿上帝看顾雅弗，愿雅弗兴旺繁盛，愿雅弗可以居住在闪的帐棚里，愿迦南也成为雅弗的奴仆。”（雅弗与希伯来语“繁盛”的发音相近）
9:28__After_the_flood_Noah_lived_350_years。
洪水过后，挪亚又活了三百五十年。
9:29__Altogether，_Noah_lived_950_years，_and_then_he_died。
在九百五十岁时，挪亚死了。
